Description
The kitchen apron is made of high-quality, stain-proof impregnated cotton canvas and is therefore water, oil and steam repellent.
The apron is the perfect outfit for the kitchen: it protects clothing and offers practical loops and pockets. It is pre-washed, so it will not stain or fade in the dry cleaner or washing machine.

Induction cooker
In contrast to cooking with gas or conventional glass ceramic hobs, with induction the heat is not generated by heating elements in the hob or by the flame, but directly in the bottom of the pot. An induction coil sits under the glass cover; it is supplied with high-frequency alternating current.
This creates an alternating magnetic field. In a magnetisable pot on the hob, eddy currents form in the bottom of the pot. This heats up and transfers the heat to its contents. While conventional electric cookers are operated with a standard household alternating current of 50 Hz, the frequency of the magnetic field in induction cookers can be up to approx. 1000 times higher.
