Consumers have a right of withdrawal from contracts for the delivery of goods in accordance with the following provisions.<\/span><\/p>

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed<\/span> neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.<\/span><\/p>

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you <\/span>takes possession of the last goods.<\/span><\/p>

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ecologa Europe GmbH \/ Patricia B\u00f6s, Ziegelh\u00fcttenstr. 11, 63768 H\u00f6sbach, Germany, Tel: +49 6021 5830120, Email: info@ecologa-europe.com) <\/span>of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). <\/span>You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. <\/span><\/p>

<\/span>You can also electronically complete and submit the sample cancellation form or another unambiguous declaration on our website <\/span>www.ecologa-europe.com\/shop. <\/span>If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation.<\/span><\/p>

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.<\/span><\/p>

Consequences of Cancellation<\/span><\/strong>
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments<\/span> we have received from you,<\/span> excluding delivery costs (as well as any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), <\/span>immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. <\/span>For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. <\/span>We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.<\/span><\/p>

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. <\/span>You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. <\/span>The direct costs of returning goods are estimated at a maximum of approximately 40 euros <\/span>for each such item that cannot be returned to us by post due to their nature.<\/span><\/p>

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check<\/span> their quality, properties and functioning.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal:<\/span><\/strong>
– <\/span>for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or <\/span>which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;<\/span><\/p>

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:<\/span>
– for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal<\/span> has been removed after delivery;<\/span>
– for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;<\/span>
– If you agree to return a purchased item, it must be returned in the condition in which it was originally received.<\/span><\/p>

It must not have been unpacked or used, <\/span>and the packaging must not be damaged, unless this was already the case at the time of delivery. <\/span>The customer must return the product they do not wish to keep to us at their own expense, well packaged and protected. <\/span>If the customer cannot return the received service in whole or in part, or can only return it in a deteriorated condition, they may be required to pay compensation for the value.<\/span><\/p>

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not members of a member state of the European Union <\/span>and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
