Our canopies for shielding against mobile phones and 5G.<\/p>\n

Ecologa shielding canopies are sewn in-house. The shielding fabrics are made from patented high-tech fibres. They are certified according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.<\/p>\n

A travel canopy that adapts to all bed sizes from 0.90 to 2 m wide. The carrying structure is extremely light. The model is very easy and quick to set up and also to take down again, making it an ideal travel partner. Virith is extremely permeable to air and light and thus ensures a pleasantly cosy and at the same time protected sleeping experience.<\/p>\n

It is made of a silver-coloured, metallised polyamide texture, which has very high shielding properties. The knitted fabric is made from a fine, monofilament polymer yarn that is electrically and thermally conductive.
\nDue to the uniform metallisation, the shielding property does not change.
\nWith a silver content of 10 %, the knitted fabric is also particularly suitable for antimicrobial applications. Silver is a biocidal agent according to \u00a767 of the European Biocide Regulation.<\/p>\n

With appropriate earthing, it can also protect against low-frequency electric fields.<\/p>\n

The shielding canopy should be integrated into the equipotential bonding system to shield low-frequency alternating electric fields. The ESB earthing sets that can be used for this purpose are available as accessories.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT: Silver-plated products have the property of changing colour due to tarnishing. This usually has no effect on the shielding effectiveness of the material.<\/p>\n

This material should not be used outdoors.<\/p>\n

Caution:
\nDo not operate any electrical devices in the canopy, not even shielded ones! This leads to field carry-over into the interior of the canopy, which means that the shielding of alternating electric fields is no longer given.<\/p>\n

Please observe the necessary distances from lamps, hot light sources and walls (abrasion) to the fabric.<\/p>\n

If additional floor shielding is required, we recommend our canopy underlay.<\/p>\n

If you use a canopy underlay, please also make sure that the side parts of the canopy rest on the floor mat. The canopy underlay can be protected with a thin carpet.
\nIn this case, the canopy area is always smaller than the area of the canopy underlay.<\/p>\n

Canopies made of screen textiles, which cannot be included in the equipotential bonding and thus cannot be earthed, also shield low-frequency alternating electric fields.
