High- and low-frequency shielding powder for outdoor use, one bag for 3 L paint (EUR 39.33 / L).
Highly effective shielding paint against electrosmog, such as radiation from mobile phones, mobile internet, 5G, WLAN, LTE, etc.
With grounding, the electric fields of low-frequency household current (alternating current) can be almost completely shielded or even deflected.
This shielding paint is based on pure acrylate, graphite and graphene technology. However, it is important to note that it does not contain graphene oxides.
Apart from providing very high shielding, it is largely frost-resistant in powder form and can be stored for several years without losing its properties.
Another advantage is the short drying time, which makes it possible to apply the second coat without having to wait for hours.
After drying, it leaves no marks when touched.
The short drying time makes it particularly time-saving and after a few hours (through-drying) it can be easily painted over with most commercially available wall paints.
It is an easy to use graphite paint with a high yield. It is simply mixed for 10 minutes with 2.75/3.0 litres of water per bag using a stirrer and a drill (cordless screwdriver) according to the instructions. The yield of the paint on smooth, primed substrates is 5.0m² per litre (for one painted coat).
With a layer thickness of approx. 100g/m² and a yield of 5 m² / litre, the shielding is as follows:
one coat 36 dB | two coats 58 dB | three coats 65 dB
With a layer thickness of approx. 150g/m² and a coverage of 4m² / litre, the shielding is as follows:
one layer 49 dB | two layers 65 dB
We recommend to always protect with at least two coats.
The shielding effectiveness was measured by means of an independent expert opinion.
All shielding effectiveness values given apply to frequencies from 500 MHz to 40 GHz and are confirmed in a report by Professor Pauli of the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich.

Strong shielding performance for 5G – Shielding performance up to 40 GHz
The strength of our shielding graphite paint lies primarily in the shielding of the future often used, very high frequencies such as with 5G. Since the product launch in 2019, this includes the two 5G frequency spectra FR1 (600 MHz to 6 GHz) and FR2 (24 GHz to 40 GHz).

Ingredients: Pure acrylic binder, graphite, graphene.
VOC content: 0.2 g/l (the EU limit for category A/a has been 30 g/l since 2010).
Adhesive tensile strength: 2.2 N/mm² when adding 2 litres of water per bag (powder).
After mixing the powder with water, we recommend to use the paint within approx. 6 weeks.
Shelf life: in powder form, several years
This powder is frost-resistant for transporting parcels in winter.
Scope of delivery: one powder pack, yielding 3 litres of paint.
Dimensions per stand-up pouch: 34.0 cm (height) x 25.0 cm (width) x 10.0 cm (thickness).

Tips
Substrate: Excellent adhesion on almost all substrates such as facades with old paint, plasterboard, plaster, concrete, polystyrene, wood (unpainted), etc.
Can be painted over: Must be painted over with exterior facade paint in any case! Direct exposure of the shielding paint to the weather will have a negative effect on the shielding performance in the long term! Use outdoors only in dry weather conditions and at temperatures above 10°C.
The purpose of our shielding paint is to provide a shielding layer under the facade paint. Do not use clay-based paints for overcoating. For natural or organic silicate emulsion paints, for lime and casein paints, we recommend always testing before use, as not all paints adhere to graphite / graphene in the same way! We also recommend not to use pure mineral paints (clay, pure silicate).
Important: Be sure to mix the whole bag. Never use the partial contents, as the heavier particles will settle at the bottom of the bag during transport.
Always stir for 5 minutes before use, also before applying the second coat, as particles may settle in the bucket during the drying time of the first coat!
Connection: Must be grounded by a qualified electrician!
