Description
Flexible, air-permeable and structured, this is a lightweight fabric with metallic properties.
There are 40 grams of metal on 32 grams of fabric. The highly flexible shielding textile prevents the penetration of high-frequency rays.
Also very interesting is the fact that this special fleece does not allow the heat to penetrate the walls or the floor and thus increases the proportion of radiant heat.
This radiant energy, without additional primary energy, leads to a more pleasant feeling of space for the people in the room, but also to a more efficient use and lower consumption of the heating energy to be provided.
According to tests carried out, an energy saving of 35.32 % was achieved by applying the thermal barrier fleece to wall and floor surfaces.
In addition, the increase in wall surface temperature has a positive effect on building physics, e.g. by preventing thermal bridges and the resulting formation of mould as well as the formation of moisture due to condensation effects, and by creating a more pleasant feeling of warmth for the room occupants due to the increased proportion of radiant heat.
The installation of the material can be carried out by the customer himself, as with wallpaper. Thus, the system can be used by small businesses as well as private users without any problems.
The fleece can be applied to mineral wall surfaces or panels on concrete or plastered concrete surfaces, wood, drywall panels, linen.
This nonwoven can be used, among other things, in the technical field as well as for the shielding of electromagnetic waves, but also for military and medical purposes.
