High-performance shielding voile (up to 40 dB)
Classic is made from a specially developed EMF shielding voile:
- Material: PES/MT 90% / 10%
- Integrated silver-plated copper threads (warp and weft)
- Direction-independent shielding
- Attenuation: up to approx. 40 dB
Despite its light and transparent structure, the fabric achieves outstanding shielding performance.
All materials are tested for harmful substances and certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.

How it works – Faraday cage principle
Conductive shielding fabrics can significantly reduce high-frequency electromagnetic fields, creating a protected zone around your sleeping area.
When not grounded, these textiles can also reduce low-frequency electric fields. Electrical charges distribute across the fabric surface—similar to the principle of a Faraday cage.
Important usage instructions
For optimal performance:
- Do not use electrical devices inside the canopy (even shielded ones)
- Keep distance from lamps, heat sources, and walls
- A grounding mat or underlay can enhance protection if needed
- Side panels should rest on the underlay when used
