Ecologa shielding canopies are designed and manufactured from our semi-transparent fabrics and offer a high level of protection against high-frequency electromagnetic radiation – up to 40 dB. As a result, they can achieve a shielding effect of up to 99.99%.
Ecologa shielding canopies are sewn in-house. The shielding fabrics are made of patented high-tech fibres. They are certified according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
With its generous dimensions of 2.10 m in length, 2.10 m in width and 2.30 m in height, Norien fits wonderfully with any bed.
Wherever it is used, Norien conveys a feeling of spaciousness and significantly enhances the furnishings that surround it.
The canopy creates a pleasant feeling and ensures a peaceful sleep.
It is available in different colours. It comes with a choice of 2 or 4 openings and a support or suspension device.
The canopy is very easy to assemble.
We offer the canopy in white or ecru.The screening voile is transparent and airy. Due to the fabric construction with silver-plated copper threads in the warp and weft, the shielding attenuation of this very open fabric construction is unusually high and independent of direction. The shielding effectiveness in dB is max. : ~ 40 dB.
Norien is also available in a semi-transparent shielding fabric. This fabric has a cotton/linen look and is a very light grey colour.

Attention:
Do not operate any electrical devices in the canopy, not even shielded ones! This leads to a field spreading into the interior of the canopy, whereby the shielding of electrical alternating fields is no longer given.
Please observe the necessary distances from lamps, hot light sources and walls (abrasion) to the fabric.
If additional floor shielding is required, we recommend our canopy underlay.
If you use a canopy underlay, please also make sure that the side parts of the canopy rest on the floor mat. The canopy underlay can be protected with a thin carpet.
In this case, the canopy area is always smaller than the area of the canopy underlay.
Canopies made of screen textiles, which cannot be included in the equipotential bonding and thus cannot be earthed, also shield low-frequency alternating electric fields.
