Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason .

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Ecologa Europe GmbH / Patricia Bös, Ziegelhüttenstr. 11, 63768 Hösbach, Germany, Tel: 06021/5830120, email: info@ecologa-europe.com) a clear statement (e.g B. a letter sent by post, e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill out the model cancellation form or any other clear declaration on our website www.ecologa-europe.com/shop and submit. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have all payments, which we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs (as well as the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You have received the goods immediately and in any case, return or hand over to us at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be sent back to us normally by post (freight forwarding goods), are estimated at a maximum of around 40 euros for each such goods.

You must for a any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal:

– for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

– for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

– for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have been mixed with other goods after delivery;

– if you agree to return a purchased item, it must be in be returned in the condition in which it was originally received. It must not have been unpacked and used and the packaging must not be damaged, unless it was already the case at the time of delivery. The customer must return the product that he does not wish to keep to us at his own expense and well packaged and protected. If the customer cannot return the received service in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, he must pay compensation if necessary belong and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
