1. Delivery
1.1 Your order will be shipped by UPS.
2. Shipping costs
2.1 Shipping costs within Germany depend on the weight of the goods, which is indicated separately in the description of each item.
Orders up to 2.00 kg: EUR 8.90
Orders up to 5.00 kg: EUR 9.50
Orders up to 10.00 kg: EUR 11.99
Orders up to 20.00 kg: EUR 14.28
Orders up to 30.00 kg: EUR 16.00
Orders over 30.00 kg: Postage on request For shipments to German islands, an island surcharge applies.
For heavy and bulky items, a surcharge of EUR 19.00 per delivery address will be added to the stated delivery costs. This is indicated separately on the relevant item page.

2.3 In the case of cross-border deliveries, other taxes (e.g. in the case of intra-Community acquisition) and/or fees, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may apply. These taxes are at your expense.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal business hours. No delivery will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
