Real silver, copper, nickel and tin are used in a unique chemical process to metallise these fabrics, exploiting the natural properties of the metals in a textile and flexible form.
These versatile fabrics are ideal for use as EMC shielding fabrics in various technical applications.
This fabric metallised with silver, copper and nickel contains around 50% copper.
The high copper content significantly increases the thermal and electrical conductivity of the fabric.
The additional special CR coating also makes it suitable for cleanroom applications.
This textile is characterised by a very good conductivity of < 0.009 Ohm/□.
Due to the robust structure of the ripstop fabric with approx. 2500 threads per cm² (warp and weft direction), this fabric is used in industry for many technical applications that have to withstand mechanical stress.
Apart from this, this conductor is suitable for all technical applications and for shielding electromagnetic radiation in the industrial sector.
The fabric complies with REACH and RoHS standards.
