Shielding by curtains
An elegant, simple and quick way to shield window openings is to use special curtains. Almost invisible, wafer-thin metal threads are incorporated into our curtain fabrics, which act like a mirror on the incoming electromagnetic wave. The curtains must overlap the wall opening on both sides by at least 20 centimeters. High-frequency permeable roller shutter boxes must also be considered, as well as the wall thickness of a building, which is usually much thinner behind radiators. In these cases, room-height curtains should be provided.

Bed canopies should generally be very breathable and particularly spacious. The sides should rest on the floor all around. If high-frequency radiation enters the canopy from below by reflection or other mechanisms, additional shielding floor mats or carpet underlays must be used.
